About Us
At Check It Church Ministries, our mission is to spread the kingdom of God through the word, worship, and miracles, bringing His saving, healing, and delivering power to the ends of the earth. As we share the word, we are reminded of Acts 20:32, which says, "And now, brethren, I commend you to God, and to the word of his grace, which is able to build you up, and to give you an inheritance among all of them which are sanctified." Worship is at the heart of what we do, as reflected in Revelation 4:10-11, where the twenty-four elders fall before God’s throne, declaring, "Thou art worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honour and power: for thou hast created all things, and for thy pleasure they are and were created." We also believe in the power of miracles, as shown in John 2:11, where Jesus performed His first miracle in Cana, revealing His glory and leading His disciples to believe in Him. Our mission is to carry this powerful message of faith and transformation wherever we go.
Our Beliefs
Baptism: We believe in the sacrament of water baptism. An outer show of the spiritual experience of the believer’s participation in the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ.
Jesus Christ: We believe that Jesus is the Son of God. We believe that He died (Mark 15:37, Luke 23:46) was buried (Mark 15:46, Luke 23:52-53) and was raised from the dead on the third day (Luke 24:6-7, Matthew 28:6-7)
Speaking in Tongues: We believe that those who believe in Jesus can be gloriously filled with the Holy Spirit and speak in heavenly languages as did the disciples who received the gift of the Holy Spirit and spoke in heavenly languages (Acts 2:4, 19:5-6, Mark 16:17)
Healing & Deliverance: We believe that Jesus heals the sick and delivers those that are oppressed by demonic spirits today, as He did in Bible days through those that believe in His name (Mark 16:17-20, Matthew 10:8 Acts 10:38)
